How to Print or Save/Make a DVD of this Page

Printing this page:

A great way to save the page as a photo album
.

I have set this up so it will print 6 photographs on each page, this means there will be approximately 27 pages. When I tried to put 8 photos on a page some of the names were cut off and placed on the next page. With only 6 photos on a page you will print out a nice photo album.

2. You can use any kind of paper but I prefer glossy photo print paper (any weight will do - your choice)which will give you the best results. The photos come out really sharp and crisp. Alternatively, use brochure paper (32 weight); the pictures are not as sharp but is better than regular paper because the ink does not bleed through. The photo paper and brochure paper works best because they are heavier and you can use a three hole punch to put the pages into a three ring binder and the holes don't tear out.

3. Use a color printer for best photos. A black and white printer will work but the results will not be as satisfactory.

Save the page to your Computer and/or DVD Disc:

I am writing this for the most inexperienced computer user

1. At the top menu find "File" Click on it and you will get a drop-down window.

2. Left click on "Save as" . A new window will open. Look at the vary top and you will see a box designating where you want to save the program on your computer. I always make a directory on my computer where I save these kind or things; or, alternatively write down the location where the computer is going to saved it so you can find the program again.

3. Once you have selected the directory look at the bottom of the pop-up window and see the name of the file - the name I have given it is listed automatically but you can change it. Just remember to write down the name of the file so you can find it again.

4. The web page will then be saved to that location so you can keep it on your computer forever and if you want to look at it again you can go to that directory and play the program.

5. If your computer has a program that allows you to copy files to a disk you can use that program to copy the saved file to a DVD disk (CD disks are too small and don't give a compact result for replaying). Once you have saved it to the DVD you will be able to store it away for future use.

If you have any questions just let me know; my e-mail address is listed above.
